JENS CHRISTIAN SANDERBRAND
Nato a Holzgerlingen, Germania, a vent’anni Jens Christian Sanderbrand si iscrive e frequenta la scuola specializzata di maestro della pietra. Conclude, diplomandosi, nel 1991. Tra il 1991 e 1995 studia con J. Brodwolf presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti (Akademie der Bildenden Künste) di Stoccarda nella provincia Sveva, terra originaria di Federico II, frequentando il corso di sculture. Dal 1995 lavora quale maestro artista intagliatiore di pietra per il laboratorio di restauro della "Münsterbaumitte", alla Cattedrale di Ulm, arricchendosi di una specifica competenza nel campo del restauro della pietra. Partecipa in contemporane, attivamente, quale scultore, a numerose manifestazioni ed esposizioni di scultura.	Born in Holzgerlingen, Germany, at twenty Jens Christian Sanderbrand enrolled in and attended a specialized school for masonry, completing his apprenticeship as a stonemason in 1991. Between 1991 and 1995 he studied under J. Brodwolf at the Academy of Fine Arts (Akademie der Bildenden Künste) in Stuttgart, in the province of Swabia, the home of Frederick II, completing the course in sculpture. Since 1995 he has been working as a master artist-stone-sculptor for the restoration laboratory "Münsterbaumitte" at the Cathedral of Ulm, enriching his curriculum with a specialised expertise in the field of stonework restoration. Simultaneously he actively participates in numerous sculpture events and exhibitions.
